Concept-to-CAD/CAM Core

A direct concept-to-machine-file translation for workshops with in-house quality control.

3D CAD model created directly from your rough sketch, reference photo or verbal jewellery concept
Organic surface modelling and precise geometric features suited to fine jewellery
Basic manufacturability checks: minimum wall thickness for gold, silver, platinum; draft analysis
CAM output: jewellery-specific toolpaths for Roland, VHF or similar wax mills
Resin 3D printer support structures and casting-ready STL files

Tier 02

CAD/CAM + Full Failure Analysis

For engagement rings, high-value pendants, complex stone settings, and any piece where a single casting failure is unacceptable.

Everything in the Core tier
Casting simulation: shrinkage porosity map for your chosen precious metal
Fill analysis to prevent cold shuts; optimal sprue placement recommendations
Structural FEA using jewellery-realistic loads (ring shank 20 N, prong lateral 5 N, bail drop 50 N)
Full Jewellery Failure Analysis Report (PDF) with annotated 3D views and corrective actions table
All critical geometry adjustments already incorporated into the final CAD and CAM files
